As CEO and founder of Ultimate Vision Sports Management, Rashidah Crystal Cornitcher is a Certified Contract advisor with the NFL Players Association, since 2013. 

Rashidah is responsible for player contract negotiations, player recruitment, talent/team evaluations, as well as providing each client with the personal attention they require to be successful both pre/post of their professional career.

Rashidah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Logistics from the Pennsylvania Sate University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Rosemont College. 

As a female Contract Advisor Rashida is on a mission to break down barriers in an industry that’s dominated by male Contract Advisors and transform the agent stereotype.
